Biography

Lisa Bivens is an aggressive civil litigator dedicated to excellent client service and legal representation.  With a background in high value insurance defense and commercial litigation, Lisa is ready to defend her client’s rights against insurance companies and government entities, as well as private corporations and individuals. 

Lisa’s practice areas include personal injury, wrongful death, government liability, employment disputes, and civil rights—including discrimination, sexual harassment, and excessive force.  An Arizona native, Lisa is dedicated to promoting access to justice in her home community.  She believes everyone deserves their day in court, and she’s here to help you be heard—and win.

When Lisa is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering with her daughters’ education. She currently serves as a working group member of the American Bar Association’s Judicial Internship Opportunity Program, a national program dedicated to helping promote diversity in the legal profession.
