Meet the Gurion Legal Team

Omer Gurion

Attorney Omer Gurion completed his undergraduate degree at Arizona State University, graduating magna cum laude in 2007. He was subsequently admitted to the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University in 2008 and graduated early in December of 2010 with his Juris Doctor. In 2011, Mr. Gurion was admitted to practice law before all of the state courts of Arizona, and before the U.S. District Court for the District Court of Arizona in 2017.

Following law school, Mr. Gurion began practicing criminal defense, beginning in a small, rural jurisdiction in western Arizona. After a year of practicing there, Omer Gurion moved with his family to Maricopa County. Mr. Gurion has handled nearly every sort of case that a person can be charged within Arizona, from misdemeanor DUIs and domestic violence cases, drug sales, molestation, and murder, along with everything in between.

In 2019, Omer Gurion was Certified as a Criminal Law Specialist by the State Bar of Arizona Board of Legal Specialization. That certification, as the State Bar of Arizona, describes, “is a mark of excellence and a distinguished accomplishment. Board-Certified Specialists are lawyers who have substantial experience, the respect of their peers, and demonstrated special knowledge, skills, and proficiency in their area of law.”

Attorney Omer Gurion knows that being charged with a criminal offense is among the most stressful of situations a person can find themselves in and has broad-ranging effects on individuals’ lives. Mr. Gurion is dedicated to ensuring that every stone is turned in finding defenses for his clients, and in ensuring that their constitutional rights are respected at every point along the way.

When Omer Gurion is not trying cases or representing his clients he enjoys spending time with his two sons, five dogs, and being outside as much as possible.
